On June 21, CUBE Active Savognin will be launching into the new summer season. Part of the action: the new 2014 bikes from Merida! Today we want to introduce you to the Merida One-Forty B. This full suspension bike in the all-mountain segment is following the industry trend of rolling on 27.5” wheels.
This year, CUBE SAVOGNIN will for the first time host the highest-altitude job fair in Europe, called “Students on Snow”. We look forward to an exciting weekend with a CUBE Hotel that is booked solid. Overall, more than 700 students and graduates are expected to come to Savognin between December 14 and 16. Aachen-based tour operator Simsalabim Reisen, which organises this recruiting event for the first time on its own, has answered our questions:
Bicycle brand Merida is as well-known as it is popular with the cycling community. So we’re pleased to have with us someone instrumental in this success, especially in the Swiss region: Luca Cereghetti, head of marketing at Belimport, the Swiss distributor of Merida. He makes sure that your next Merida bike hits the shelves of a Swiss dealer near your. We didn’t hold back and subjected Luca to a tough (and quite long) CUBE interview. But read for yourself.
Elisabeth Brandau is not only Germany’s MTB marathon champion, but also our professional coach for the Bike Camps next summer. Right now, she is preparing to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games. But she made the time to tell us how to best get through the winter as a biker and to shape up for the Olympics.
